Recommendation for TOTAL SOLUTIONS Our lanai was in desperate need of a cleaning. We had the job of cleaning, adding sand, and sealing the lanai done years ago but now the weeds, ants, and loose sand were back. I requested and received recommendations from people and businesses on Nextdoor. Nothing impressed me until I read Cody’s reply. I scheduled an ‘estimate’ meeting with Cody from “Total Solutions”. He proved to be a genuine gentleman, professional businessman, and well experienced in his craft. Before owning his own business he was employed in similar work for 17 years. He knows what to do and how to do it. He explains why things are done the way they are and more importantly how obstacles are overcome. It was all this that convinced me to contract with him. During the process we experienced the 9-10 days of rain. Cody continued to update me on when he could continue, always explaining how the weather would impact final results. There was nothing we could do about the rain, but his communication provided me assurance that he was monitoring next steps. The lanai looks beautiful. We are very pleased with his results and highly recommend his services. The lanai’s true color is the soft tan as seen in the sunlight, but for some reason photos in the shade are gray. Lanai is 15 years old.
Absolutely amazing work, very happy with this company, will definitely use again and highly recommended!
Had them out to take care of some work around the house. Price was good, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job! They were professional and easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again if we need anything else done!
Hired to pressure wash my pool enclosure prior to screen replacement. My enclosure was funky with a capital F. He got it spotless. And cleaned up after like he was never there. I highly recommend.
Very happy with this company. Pavers look great and light wash on the house looks like fresh paint Highly recommend 👌

Total Surface Solutions did a pressure washing of my home and driveway. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company!
I recently hired Total Surface Solutions to power wash both my house and my driveway, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The difference is night and day. My driveway looks brand new, and the siding of my house is completely refreshed—they managed to get rid of every bit of built-up grime and mildew. If you’re looking for a reliable crew to bring some curb appeal back to your home, I highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely awesome! Top quality! Did a great job. Licensed and insured! Highly recommend! Small job or big job!
Great communication and great results!
Cody did a great job on our house. We have a very light colored metal roof that was badly stained. He also cleaned our gutters, front walk and driveway. Our house looks brand new! Cody is non stop on the job. Quality work for a very fair price. We highly recommend the company.
Very professional and courteous. My experience was wonderful. The price was very reasonable and the work exceptional.
We had Total Surface Solutions pressure wash our home and painted. They also pressure washed our driveway and patios. It turned out beautiful! The gentlemen that came to see you was very knowledgeable and so kind. Their workers were very professional, timely and explained the process to us. He was excellent. We get a great price and the work was fantastic. Thank you, Total Surface Solutions.
We absolutely love our new permanent outdoor lighting! It looks beautiful and really makes our house stand out, especially at night. The lights add such a special touch to our home, and we love being able to customize the colors for different occasions and holidays right from the phone. Since the installation, we’ve already had several cars stop by to admire the lights! Our house really stands out as you enter the community, and we’ve even been recommending Cody to those who stop and ask about them. Cody and his assistant did an amazing job! Cody took the time to explain everything and was very patient with all my questions. He made sure we understood how everything works, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Another huge plus is the lifetime warranty on both the lights and labor, which gives us even more peace of mind! We highly recommend Cody to anyone considering permanent outdoor lighting. Great service, beautiful results, and definitely worth it!

We had a great quote from Total Surface Solutions. They pressured washed our house and driveway pavers and sealed them. Then they came back and we had them paint the exterior of our home. They did a fantastic job. Their workers were very pleasant and up our property before they left. I highly recommend this company. You want be sorry. Thanks Total Surface Solutions!!
I own a screen repair business & hired Harrison to pressure wash the enclosure. The cage was completely filthy and by the time he was done the cage looked flawless! He worked his butt off in this 100 plus degree weather and got it done. Extremely courteous and professional would highly recommend!
Top-notch experience with Total Surface Solutions! They are professional, reliable and incredibly easy to communicate with, making the process stress-free and efficient. Harrison and his team work hard and care about doing a great quality job. I highly recommend them!
High-quality work would definitely recommend
Cody gave me a very competitive and clear estimate. After checking his reviews and speaking to past customers, I was very comfortable selecting his company from the ones we received bids from. He did a very comprehensive and conscientious job soft washing our home, and the day after he finished sanding/sealing our driveway, it looks GREAT! His warranty is truly unbeatable. We had weather related issues after the job began and Cody kept me informed as the schedule changed to avoid the rain. He even came up with an inventive way to complete the project early as he was concerned the delays were impacting me negatively. My main/only concern was that the project be completed to allow for the best results. He saw a two day window where chance of rain was low, and sprang into action. It came out beautifully. Now we just have another 24hrs before we can drive on it. I would HIGHLY recommend Cody (Total Surface Solutions) for any power washing or driveway sealing project. He is a true professional.
Stellar job on our pool enclosure…looks brand new!
After not getting an answer from 3 other pressure washing companies, I got Total Surface Solutions on the first ring. Harrison Ayers was at my house within 2 hours. I had a terrible oil stain on my driveway after mechanics improperly installed new valve cover gaskets on my vehicle. He was able to remove the stain better than I ever expected. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, work ethic, and the results of his efforts. I highly recommend Total Surface Solutions For any pressure washing needs.
Highly recommended. After completing the job in very good timing, the finish was out of this world 10 out of 10 power washing company absolutely amazing!
They did a great job under difficult weather conditions. I highly recommend them and glad they were able to paint my home Thanks again and a pleasure working with them.
